Intuitive Physical Control for Fast and Accurate Operation
In modern manufacturing environments where precision and rapid response are critical, traditional touch-only interfaces may not always deliver the immediacy or tactile feedback that operators need. The ABOS-921DP series addresses this by combining a powerful computing platform with a physical control interface designed for intuitive operation. It features dedicated start, stop, and reset buttons, as well as three customizable function keys, making it easy to operate even when wearing gloves or working in environments exposed to moisture and dust.
For safety, an emergency stop button enables immediate shutdown in critical situations, while the key switch provides access control for security. In addition, a front-accessible USB 2.0 port allows for external device connection, such as a keyboard to conduct more precise and accurate instructions.
Ruggedized Design with Enhanced Computing Performance
ABOS-921DP equipped key features including fully IP65-rated protection against water and dust, 0~50°C operating temperature support, and flexible mounting option of swing arm and stand mount. In addition, they provide optional accessories such as left-right handle and keyboard holder.
ABOS-921DP is powered by high performance Intel 12th Gen. i3/ i5 processors. It has enhanced the heat dissipation management by the heat sink. As the new back cover design features to make maintenance more convenient, easy configuration and management.
The ABOS-921DP comes with a 21.5” TFT-LCD, offering up to 64GB of DDR4 memory via dual SO-DIMM slots, and offers comprehensive I/O interfaces, including 2 x USB 3.2 Gen.1, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x COM, 1 x HDMI and 2 x GbE LAN under the cover. It supports a wide-range 9~36V DC power input and features a rugged aluminum chassis built for long-term durability in harsh industrial environments.
