Powered by an Intel® Processor N97 and supporting up to 32GB of DDR5 memory, it delivers reliable computing performance in a low-power design. The ACS-330 is designed to support edge AI solutions for smart manufacturing, including equipment monitoring, status monitoring, and local data processing.
By processing data locally at the edge, it helps reduce cloud communication and latency.
Featuring dual 2.5GbE Ethernet ports with TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking), RS-232/422/485, and GPIO interfaces, the ACS-330 provides reliable, low-latency communication for industrial networks. It can be easily integrated with industrial equipment and sensors for data acquisition and control tasks.
Flexible expansion is available through Mini PCIe and M.2 slots, supporting Wi-Fi, 5G modules, and additional storage to meet different deployment requirements across a wide range of automated factories.
Reliable Design for Industrial Environments
The ACS-330 fanless design optimizes heat dissipation, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation in industrial environments.
It also supports a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C and a wide 9–36V DC power input, allowing it to operate reliably under varying power conditions and temperature changes in industrial settings.
In addition, TPM 2.0 hardware-based security provides a basic level of system and data protection, helping reduce the risk of unauthorized access and data exposure.
