APLEX is bringing the latest design concept of ATEX explosion proof series to SPS this year. It is rugged by constructed with aluminum CNC and is equipped with IP69K waterproof rating for oil & gas and mining industry. It supports AVoIP with single M12 cat6 LAN cable instead of HDMI and USB touch cables to transmit high definition signal up to 100 meters , which provide flexible and efficient spatial configurations.
For harsh environments, APLEX’s stainless steel panel PC include the total IP66/IP69K food-grade PhanTAM series, ViTAM series, and the EN 1672-2 certified FABS series. All series come with panel PC and display, which are designed for applications with high hygiene standards and intense cleansing routine.
In mobile solutions , APLEX’s industrial rugged tablet, the ART series, has passed MIL-STD-810H and IP65 certification, making it suitable for warehouse, logistics management, and AI security surveillance applications.
Comprehensive Smart Manufacturing Solutions
APLEX will showcase our comprehensive industrial automation solutions, covering from smart manufacturing to AIoT applications, from edge computing to AI tower/ mini server . ABOS series, the new 12th Gen. Intel Core i button-integrated panel PC, which offers emergency button and is suitable for intuitive operation. Modular designed HMI with flexible extensibility, the ARCHMI-S-9D, with 12th Gen. Intel Core i, and ARCHMI-U-8C , with Intel Celeron N97. Both series are featured with exceptional heat dissipation. Additionally, the embedded box PCs, ACS series, supports remote monitoring, device control , real time data collection, etc.
APLEX provides AIoT solution, including AVS series for industrial AI and AITAS series for data edge AI and mini tower With APLEX SCADA , it demonstrates AI driven analytics, defect inspection, real time data and image processing . In addition, SiER series offers Ethernet switches, Modbus gateways, and PLC gateways for protocol conversion and connectivity.
Smart Solutions with Specific Certifications
APLEX supports diverse fields, including specialized applications requiring specific certifications, such as the medical industry. We will showcase the ISO 13485 and EN 60601-1 compliant medical panel PC, the EiRA-9241DP, as well as the medical DICOM monitor, the EiRA 124.
For transportation, our marine and in-vehicle panel PCs have both followed specific standard. The marine panel PC, ViKING-924BP, meets the IEC 60945 standard, and AVA-610AP with SAE J1939, ISOBUS standards has passed E-Mark certification. In order to withstand the environment, ViKING-924BP features dimming functions from 0% to 100 % and has anti-corrosion while AVA 610AP has meet MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration testing as well.
