As for smart manufacturing, it is always one of the applications that we highly devoted to. We are demonstrating the 11th Gen. Intel Core i, button-integrated panel PC - ABOS series for intuitive operation. The new series of modular-designed panel PC, ARCHMI-S series is going to have its first appearance in COMPUTEX! It is powered by Intel 12th Gen. Core i processor and has great heat dissipation by aluminum construction.
PhanTAM series, ViTAM series and FABs series are the stainless steel solutions that equipped with diverse sizes and processors for food automation. ViTAM series even comes with a new high-performance D series, which is powered by 12th Gen. Intel Core i3/i5. However, in order to resist daily intense washing routine, the stainless steel construction PhanTAM and ViTAM series are featured by total IP66/ IP69K; and the FABS series is featured by IP66/ IP69k on the front bezel with EN 1672-2 food-certified.
Harsh environment solutions with specific certifications
APLEX supports various application solutions, including harsh environments that requires particular certifications. We are showcasing our AEx series, the ATEX Class 1 Division 2/ Class 2 Division 2/ IECEx Zone 2 and Zone 22 explosion-proof certified panel PC, display and box PC. Especially the new display series, AEx-1A. It is powered by 12th Gen. Intel Core i, which features VOIP box to decrease the distance limitation between PC and display. In regard to semi outdoor environment, we are bringing our MIL-STD-810H and IP65 certified industrial rugged tablet – ART series. It is suitable for warehouse, logistic management and AI Security Surveillance.
Nevertheless, marine and heavy applications are both under extreme environments as well. The marine panel PC, ViKING-912BPH is designed under DNV standard and has meet the IEC 60945 certification. It has feature dimming functions to adjust the special lighting environment on the ocean. AVA-610P equipped with ISOBUS protocol, SAE J1939 standard and total IP65 certified. Therefore, it is perfect for agriculture and heavy industries.
